中国レジストラからの詐欺メールにご注意ください

お客様の会社名や商標名と同じ文字列のドメイン名が中国の誰かによって登録されようとしているという理由で、確認の行動を促すEメールが届きましたら、詐欺メールですので無視してください、 このEメールに応答すると、"ブランドを守る"という名目で、中国のドメインを登録するように誘導されてしまいます。

送信元は、正当なレジストラではないケースがあります。

Eメールは、詐欺を実行している組織によって文言が多少異なることにご注意ください。

On [日付], We received [架空の会社名] application that they are registering the name [キーワード] as their Internet Keyword and "[キーワード].cn"?, "[キーワード].com.cn"?, "[キーワード].asia" domain names etc.., they are China and ASIA domain names.
But after auditing we found the brand name been used by your company.
As the domain name registrar in China, it is our duty to notice you, so we are sending you this email to check.
According to the principle in China, your company is the owner of the trademark.
In our auditing time we can keep the domain names safe for you firstly, but our audit period is limited,
if you object the third party application these domain names and need to protect the brand in china and Asia by yourself,
please let the responsible officer contact us as soon as possible.
