To date, we have made every effort to maintain our traditional pricing levels through internal cost-absorption. However, due to recent drastic exchange rate fluctuations and other surrounding factors, it has become difficult to sustain our current pricing structure.

Most of the domains we handle are priced in foreign currencies. Over the past few years, the exchange rate has shifted significantly toward a weaker yen—moving from approximately 103 USD/JPY in 2021 to over 160 USD/JPY currently, representing a decline of more than 30%. This price adjustment has become necessary as it is no longer possible to absorb these rising costs solely through corporate efforts, driven by both the soaring domain prices due to currency fluctuations and increased system development and maintenance expenses.

## 3. Our Commitment to Service Improvement and Security Enhancements

In conjunction with this fee revision, we have implemented the following upgrades and infrastructure investments to provide you with a more secure, convenient, and reliable environment.

We have completely overhauled the management panel and introduced the following new features to enhance user convenience:

・Expansion of available TLDs (Top-Level Domains)

・Addition of an automated credit card payment function
